   The steel plates are transported to pre-heat room, through bilateral pre-heated. adopt hot air convection cycle theory, good insulation properties, the temperature of 80-100 degrees automatic adjustment, to remove water and dirt on the steel plates surfaces; and then the steel plates will be transited by the roller transporter the close cleaning room, using the tail-wagging blasting wheels of the blasting units to throw the shots on the surfaces of the work pieces, impact and scrape the work pieces surfaces, to clean the rust, oxidation and ordure on them. Then the equipment adopts the high strength roll brushes, helix and high pressure blowtorch to clear up the shots and dust. And then the cleaning steel plates will directly enter to the painting room, through the spray guns that fix on the up and down spray dollies,do the maintain primer on the surfaces of the work pieces. At last, the work pieces enter to the drying room to dry; this step aims at making the steel plates proof-dust and get rid of the dust.
